• Within North East India: 4–6 Business Days

• Rest of India: 6–10 Business Days

• Eastern Trade is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and verified.

• Products that are perishable, opened, or used are not eligible for return.

• For Business-to-Business (B2B) or bulk orders, terms including pricing, delivery, and payment are agreed upon separately before dispatch.
